DEFINITIONS

Synchronous Conveyors: index or move continuously. Conveyor speed is based on station cycle times.

2060: The unique chain roller action conveys pallets at over 2.5 times the chain speed - until which time the pallet is stopped/slowed by the conveyor’s dogs.

Screw Shedding: The top surface of the conveyor beam slopes to either side. This directs small screws and other debris down and away from the conveying surface. This reduces jams and increases conveyor longevity. NOTE: an optional Keeper Guide Rail also deflects screws and debris from the conveying surface.
